Greta started the business with her husband Carl Anderson in 1946 in the Bronx, NY. An incredible hard working woman and mom as well as mentor to our teammates. Many will know her smiling face not only from visiting the "small" custard stand on Kenmore Avenue and then Sheridan Drive, but also from her bible school teachings and community service.

Just last week she spent time with our new management trainees giving them tips and memories of the early days of Anderson's.
