Fundraising Registration

  • Your group earns 20% of the sales accrued from ONLINE GIFT CARD SALES DURING YOUR REGISTERED TIMEFRAME.

    Incomplete registrations and early registrations are not accepted. Please follow registration guidelines below.

  • Anderson’s will allow only 1 organization per available week. Each group will be listed in the check out area of gift card sales so that your guests can select your group and help you earn your funds!
  • Anderson’s will allow only 1 organization per available week. In the event your chosen week has already been selected, please select an alternate week.
  • A letter on organizational letterhead must be uploaded along with completing this registration form. The letter should include group name, type of group, and a plan on how the group will advertise, and promote their event as well as the intent for the funds. (It is EACH group's responsibility to advertise the sale.)

    Accepted file types: pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pub, jpg, jpeg, png, pages, Max. file size: 256 MB.
  • Confirming Event

    You will receive an email confirmation [separate from the copy of this application you will receive immediately upon submission] within 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event. We ask that you verify your receipt of the confirmation email so we can list your organization on the gift card page. If we do not hear from you, we will withdraw your participation.

  • Your Profit Earned

    Your 20% profit check (based on online [only] gift card sales during your specified time period) will be mailed to the organization's email address within 21 business days.

    PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATION FORMS ARE ACCEPTED DURING THESE DATES ONLY: August 15, 2022 – September 30, 2022.

    Anderson's has the right to change this program/dates at any time.
